How it works

Three Steps to Your First Reward

1. Get your personal code

   Enter the email address from your CraftStrom order and your phone number below. Your code appears right away and we email it to you.

2. Share it with friends

   Your friend enters the code at checkout and gets 3% off their first CraftStrom order.

3. Earn store credit and climb the tiers

   Once your friend’s 30-day return window has passed, 4% of what they spent is added to your account as store credit. Every successful referral counts toward your next tier.

Program rules

Referral Program Rules

By requesting a referral code or submitting a social post, you accept these rules.

1. Who can join. The program is open to CraftStrom customers who are U.S. residents, 18 or older, with at least one paid order. Each person may have one referral code, tied to the email address and phone number they register with.
2. Who can use a code. Codes are for new customers only: a friend’s first CraftStrom order. A friend gets 3% off the products in that order. One code per order.
3. No self-referrals. You cannot use your own code. No reward is paid if the referrer and the buyer share an email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address or payment method, or live in the same household.
4. How the reward is calculated. You earn 4% of the friend’s product subtotal after discounts, not including taxes, shipping or fees.
5. When the reward is paid. Rewards are added as store credit after the friend’s 30-day return window has passed and the order has not been canceled or refunded. Partial refunds reduce the reward.
6. Store credit. Store credit can be used on any CraftStrom purchase, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred.
7. Tier cash bonuses. Tier bonuses are paid once per tier, in cash by PayPal or bank transfer, within 30 days of reaching the tier. Only completed, non-refunded referrals count. We need a completed IRS Form W-9 before paying cash bonuses. If your cash bonuses reach $600 or more in a calendar year, we will issue a Form 1099.
8. Not combinable with group orders. Referral codes cannot be combined with the group order discount or with other coupon codes.
9. Social post bonus. $25 store credit, once per customer, for a public post on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, Threads or Reddit that shows your own CraftStrom system. The bonus does not depend on what your post says: we reward honest posts, positive or not. Your post must clearly disclose that you receive store credit from CraftStrom, for example with #ad, and must stay public for at least 90 days. Reviews on Google, Yelp, Amazon or other review sites do not qualify.
10. How you may share your code. Share with people you know, in person, by message or on your own social media. Codes may not be posted on coupon or deal websites, used in paid search ads, or sent as spam. If you want to promote CraftStrom to a wider audience, apply for our influencer program below.
11. Fraud and abuse. We may withhold rewards, cancel codes and close accounts in case of fraud, abuse or a breach of these rules.
12. Changes. We may change or end the program at any time. Rewards already earned before a change are honored. Questions: contact us or call (832) 850-3832.
