Start a group
The group leader fills in the form below with the shipping address. Within 1 business day we email a group code and a deadline, normally 14 days.
Share the code
Everyone in the group places their own order, pays for it themselves and enters the group code at checkout. Every order ships to the group address.
Reach 5 orders
The group needs at least 5 paid orders by the deadline.
Get your extra 5% back
When the group closes, we ship all orders together to the group address and refund 5% of each order to the payment method used, within 7 days.

Group order rules
Group Order Rules
- Minimum size. A group needs at least 5 paid orders, from 5 different customers, by the deadline. If the group does not reach 5 orders, the orders ship as normal without the group discount, or customers may cancel for a full refund before shipping.
- One address. Every order in the group must ship to the group address. The group leader agrees to receive all orders and hand them over to the other members. CraftStrom is not responsible for items after delivery to the group address.
- The discount. Each member pays the regular price at checkout. When the group closes with at least 5 orders, we refund 5% of each order’s product subtotal after other discounts, not including taxes, shipping or fees, within 7 days.
- Combining discounts. The group discount stacks with sale prices and other promotions. It cannot be combined with referral codes: an order that uses a referral code does not receive the group discount.
- Deadline. The deadline is set when the group is created, normally 14 days. Orders placed after the deadline do not count.
- Shipping and tax. Orders ship together once the group closes. Sales tax is based on the group shipping address.
- Returns and warranty. Each member’s order stays their own: returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled per order. Returning an order reduces its group refund accordingly. If returns bring a group below 5 orders, the other members keep their 5%.
- Changes. We may change or end the group order program at any time. Groups that already have a code keep their terms.

Will it work with my outlet and circuit?
Most homes use a standard outdoor or indoor outlet on a circuit without heavy loads. Load Guard watches your home's use and turns output down to stay within the safe circuit limit. Run our 5-point outlet check before you buy.
Will it save enough to be worth it?
Tell us your bill and we'll show three numbers: conservative, typical and best-case. Savings come from using the power at home during the day.
Where can I put it?
Anywhere with 4+ hours of direct sun near an outlet: balcony, fence, deck, porch, shed or yard. The kit finder asks about your spot and cable run.
Will it run my house in an outage?
Solar alone lowers your bill but doesn't power your home when the grid is down. Add a battery kit to keep essentials like the fridge, lights and Wi-Fi running.
Is it allowed where I live?
Yes. CraftStrom works in all 50 states. Load Guard keeps every watt in your home, so nothing flows back to the grid.
What happens to extra power?
Your home uses solar first. If you're making more than you use, Load Guard turns the panels down, or a battery stores it for later.
What will I pay and when will it arrive?

Can I take it with me?
Yes. It unplugs and moves with you, and it works in all 50 states.
Can I trust the equipment?
UL-certified inverters, NEC compliant, tested by Lawrence Berkeley National Lab and NREL, with warranties of up to 20 years.
