Overview
We want our policies to be simple and clear.
Because solar equipment and related components can be damaged in return shipping, and because packaging often does not remain intact after delivery, CraftStrom does not accept general returns once a product has been shipped or delivered.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund only before the order has shipped.
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support(at)craftstrom.com
If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
Once an order has shipped, it is non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Once a product has been delivered, all sales are final.
CraftStrom does not accept returns for:
- change of mind
- no longer needed
- ordering the wrong product
- opened packaging
- packaging damage caused by shipping or handling after delivery
- products that were installed, handled, or stored contrary to the product documentation
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or under CraftStrom’s Limited Warranty.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your product:
- arrives damaged,
- is defective, or
- is not the product you ordered,
please contact us promptly at support(at)craftstrom.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos or video, if available
After review, CraftStrom may, at its option:
- repair the product,
- send a replacement product or replacement part, or
- issue a full or partial refund
If CraftStrom asks you to return a product for inspection, we will provide instructions.
Do not send products back without written authorization from CraftStrom.
Inspection and Approval
No refund, repair, or exchange will be approved before the reported issue has been reviewed.
In some cases, CraftStrom may be able to resolve the issue without requiring the full product to be returned.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return, replacement, or refund is due to:
- a product defect,
- shipping damage, or
- an error by CraftStrom
If CraftStrom arranges return shipping for an approved warranty or damage claim, we will tell you in advance whether return shipping will be covered.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Gifts
If a product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, any approved refund will be handled with the original purchaser unless CraftStrom agrees otherwise in writing.
Chargebacks and Order Issues
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at support(at)craftstrom.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
